Bitumen 20/30
Bitumen penetration grade 20/30 means the penetration value is in the range 20 to 30 at standard test, Penetration grade bitumen have a thermoplastic property which causes the material to soften at high temperatures and to harden at low temperatures. Bitumen penetration grade 20/30 is hard penetration grade bitumen used as a paving grade bitumen which is suitable for road construction and repair with superior properties. It is also used for the production of asphalt pavements with technical specifications. This grade of Bitumen is mainly used in the manufacture of hot mix asphalt for bases and wearing courses.
